While I do wish they had a larger selection of hair, this store is my go-to. I got racially profiled at beauty 4u, but never here! The staff is always kind and helps me when I need it.

My go to beauty store when I need something quickly for my hair or a beauty product like eyeliner, lip liner, or eyelash glue. They may not always have what I want, but I almost always get something similar as a back up. It honestly may not be the least expensive beauty supply store, but you do get what you pay for and the quality of the products I get here, I'm almost always happy with.

Beauty House has great customer service, prices, and many different kinds of products. They still carry products from BLACK OWNED businesses that other Beauty suppliers do not. It just bothers me that customers discriminate against the manager because of her heavy Korean accent and broken English. The employees of this establishment as of 2017 are all beyond competent and knowledgeable about Beauty, Black Hair, and are multilingual. People usually Google Beauty House because of their product selection. But in end, see bad reviews from racist, butt hurt customers and end up missing out on the pleasant experience of this friendly neighborhood Beauty Supply. Just came from this store. Used to go all the time. As I was looking to try out a new nude, a young sales girl comes to the isle I'm on and starts "fixing stuff". I ignore her and cont. on browsing. She then says to me in broken english that the boss said they dont have testers and dont test. I looked at her w/ one eyebrow up and stated that I didn't test. I opened the tube to see the true color (b/c the container is never true to color). She shrugs and I ask if "the boss" (pointing to the back) is watching me. She shyly smiled and said yes. I put down the things I intended to buy and left. It's in a beautiful neighborhood with great, educated, friendly people and families. Many if not mostly are people of color. Your card purchase has to be minimal $7. What I wanted was only $4.99 for goodness sake. Why should I be forced to buy what I don't need just to make that amount over $7?
