This beauty supply is literally my last option. It's close to my house but I will pass it up to go to beauty island. They are overpriced. They don't ever offer a discount no matter how much you spend with them. They watch you like HAWK the store is not that big. Beauty Hills Beauty Supply in Acworth, Ga is one of the best beauty supply stores in Ga. The prices are compatible, not overly priced like some other beauty supply stores. They always have the products I need in stock. The owners are very pleasant and personable. They greet you with a smile when you enter their store. I've patronizing them for over 15 + years.. and will continue to patronizing them.

I have been getting my hair products here for over 12 yrs. I go here bc I know they have what I need usually. The comments I’ve read about the rude customer service sounds like a completely different store. They’ve always been helpful to me and many times I brought my mom for wigs. They let her try as many as she wanted and helped her style them. I have moved 20 mins farther from them and was looking up the number to call to see if they had what I wanted before driving out when I ran across their reviews...so it prompted me to write one because I feel this store has been a good place for me to shop. They don’t take no junk when its given but I’ve never seen them otherwise be anything but polite. That’s my experience with this store and I will keep them as my ‘go to’ because the other stor

I only go here because it's close to where I live but I don't think I'll be back. I usually go here often but today I went in to purchase hair and I agree that the ladies in there need to work on their customer service. They are sometimes friendly and helpful but today they were rude and speaking in their native language being shady and snarky. I don't have to spend my hard earned money here and most likely will find another beauty supply or just buy my stuff online. Their selection as far as actual hair sucks and is a bit overpriced anyway.

Don't come here its a waste of time and money I tried returning a product I got from them and They told me no because they have a “policy “ where there is a no exchange or return and mind you they don't tell you that when u get something and they don't have it anywhere in there store and the also tried scamming me because I was trying to get something for 2.99 tell me why this lady said pay 5.99 for some lip gloss
