In September I ordered the Peter Thomas Roth face tightener for $33.. ( regularly $49 on the Peter Thomas Roth website) after speaking with a customer service rep from Peter Thomas Roth, I was informed that they do not sell to small third-party companies and what I was sold was a FAKE!! I KNEW IT WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE and it didn't have the same results as advertised!! The rep told me that they only sell to macy's, sephora, etc etc ( large companies) the customer service phone number for Beauty Guarantee is a number that does not exist or work. Heed my warning and just spend the extra money on the authentic product!!
