This is my third time buying “All White” tees from here, and every time there has been stains on them. The packages are sealed, yet the shirts are still dirty. This will be my last purchase. Lesson learned.

Celeste was drinking while clocked in, when I asked for help appeared to have an attitude while telling another worker to “go deal with me” Would not recommend this beauty supply. Very unprofessional & not welcoming.

I Shop Here All The Time Because It’s On My Way To Work. I Stopped In Yesterday To Buy Some Hair Rinse and Glue Protector and Didn’t End Up Using Them So I Bought Them Back In To Exchange since I have previously learned they don’t do refunds. Once i got back to the store today with my receipt and the products i was turned around and told that they don’t exchange hair dye which i have never hear from any other beauty supply before in my 30 years of living! The stuff in the store is over priced the employees always have nasty attitudes and the policies are not customer friendly. I 10/10 would not recommend shopoing this location, it’s a beauty supply about 4 minutes away that can help you better on Roosevelt. I shop at this establishment every once in a while. I always receive exceptional service. On this evening I called to see if they carried a certain product and they did. I was able to pick up the product within minutes. The sales clerk Kayla displayed wonderful customer service and was very pleasant. She greeted me upon entering and upon completion of my experience she gave me a very nice exit message, "Thank you and have a great evening" My purchase experience was great.
