I loved this salon. Got a stellar hair cut with Natasha, who is truly a gifted and creative artist in her trade. The service was very friendly, efficient. I got a wonderful head massage during the hair wash. I feel happy and beautiful. I will be back for more cuts and facials. Highly recommend this salon.

I was scammed at this salon. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I called ahead and spoke with the cashier employee and clearly asked for Russian Gel. I was told yes. When I arrived, I repeated again that I wanted Russian Gel, and again I was told yes. The technician who did my nails arrived with her small child and was constantly talking on the phone during the service. Communication was very difficult because she did not speak English, and I struggled to explain what I wanted. I repeatedly told her these were my natural nails, but she insisted “no, no, this is gel.” She applied gel to only three fingers, and when I asked for both hands to look the same, she said “it’s the same,” which was clearly not true.
