I’d give them ZERO stars if I could. The crappiest of crappy customer service, rude, ill mannered and ZERO comprehension skills. Standing outside on the phone instead of taking care of customers. There’s no way this place is still in business legally with the way they treat customers. Take your hard earned money where it is appreciated!

Horrible, horrible customer service. I bought a $10 bond and seal for my lashes and when i went to use it, it was a little dried out, barely any was coming out my lashes wouldn’t even stick properly. I’ve bought this lash glue several times before from different places and I’ve never had a problem. I came back the shop to exchange it for another (very nicely) and the man in the front was very loud and aggressive towards me. He proceeds to open the bottle and put the glue on my hand to show me that it has glue in it and I’m explaining that not a lot is coming out. Me and him BOTH saw it. When I ask if I could exchange he says no next time don’t buy. TRUST I won’t sir. First and last time there.

yea, tried to engage in conversation but was met with short single word answers. asked where a product was and watched as she quickly clicked out of the camera that was evidently fixed on me, unsettling and uncomfortable. was never greeted or talked to at all. they profile you based on how u look. i bought a comb that immediately broke during its first use, so if you’re in search of cheap garbage products at an overpriced rate, while you every move is watched this is the store for you. you would probably receive a better product from temu which is rather embarrassing.. no professional products which i guess is to be expected considering they are more concerned with asset protection than quality goods and service. hope they lose more money

I asked for military discount. She replied, “only in uniform”. I showed her my military ID. She said, “only active duty”. I have never been military discriminated like this before. I’m an American, served my country; and where is she from? I will never, go into that place again.

I appreciate having the opportunity to voice my experience, so that others will NOT come behind me and have to feel any of what I felt today. One would think that being that they have a son and a daughter that is a part of the millennial generation they would take an opportunity to educate their parents on the importance of customer service. They require a $10 minimum on debit cards. I asked for a one time exception because I did not have cash on me at the time. That is NOT a requirement for Visa or Mastercard, so please don't believe that it is. You ALWAYS have the right to make a $1 purchase or a $100 purchase with the money you earned. That is the owner's policy because they don't want to have to pay for the small purchase as a business owner. If he was educated at all he would know tha
