I’ve been shopping here off & on for a couple of years. It’s usually for the sake of convenience/passing by within the area. Yesterday, I didn’t like my experience at all. The owner can be “friendly”, yet condescending & nosey all at the same time, considering the questions she has asked me in the past. Speaking for yesterday; I made a purchase of one item (a box of hair color/dye) she asked me “if I could carry it like that”, meaning without a bag.. I said well I would prefer a bag. She said she’s not really supposed to give a bag, I said really? She said yes are you on the same planet? I said I believe we are both living on the same planet. She said it’s against the law to give a bag & etc. & I was just quiet & listened. At the end, she said we’re supposed to charge 25 cent but we don’t

Very friendly and helpful owner. The customer service was exceptional. I’ll definitely be back again.

Great store. The owner, Q., is very friendly, knowledgable and extremely helpful. If there's anything that she doesn't have (which is rare), she won't stop until she finds it for you. (It's December, it's the perfect place to shop for gifts: jewelry, scarves, hats, etc.)

The owner is Q, she is beautiful and has affordable items. I brought a closure for my hairstylist to use, some hair grease & an afro pick. Sadly, I meant to get 5 packs of braiding hair for my daughter's cornrows. This lil store offers alot, I will be back to get all my beauty & hair supplies for now on!

This is the best hair store in the city, SO NICE, so welcoming to everyone that comes inside, she helped me so much with EVERYTHING, I will drive hours to come to this hair store! And yes this is a real review!
