Beauty Eyebrow Threading

I just had a terrible experience at your salon. The lady at the last chair who did my eyebrows caused a painful razor burn by being extremely aggressive, especially on the sides of my face where there isn’t much hair. She also made my eyebrows uneven by removing the end of my right brow completely. At other salons, specialists are always careful not to take off the ends of the eyebrows and usually check before making any changes. However, she didn’t ask or confirm anything— she just went ahead and threaded it off. I was horrified and left speechless. I will never return to this salon.

Heena has been my go to eyebrow goddess for the last 8 years. She is amazing and I can’t recommend her enough. This salon is beautiful, and very clean. Love how welcoming it feels every time I go.

I don’t typically leave negative reviews but this was my first and last time going to this place. The customer service was very off putting. However, I will give credit where it’s due and the lady who did my eyebrows did a good job hence the 2 stars but she cut me with the thread (similar to a rug burn scrape/cut) right on the bridge of my nose. Immediately when I noticed the cut after checking out my eyebrows in the mirror, I made her aware that she had cut me and asked for some aloe. She kinda shrugged it off and then proceeded to give me hand lotion on a tissue to apply to the cut. I’m not saying I expected crazy medical attention for a small cut but what is lotion going to do? Love this salon and all it has to offer. The ladies here are always so professional and CLEAN which tbh is so hard to find. I moved pretty far away but still make the drive at least once a month bc its sooooooooo worth it !!
