Beauty Express

They follow you around even with surveillance and security tags on the merchandise. It’s a beauty supply where you have to select the right products and that takes time. Don’t do that there because you’re almost rushed out & service is very uncomfortable.

So glad I stumbled upon this gem today! Easy to find location. Atmosphere was so warm and the staff was very kind and helpful. They not only had everything I needed, but also a particular product I haven’t been able to find in months! I will definitely be back for all my hair care and beauty needs!

I bought a really nice Mardi gras hat from this place and it broke the next day and they would not let me exchange it for another... As soon as I walked in the door the lady said that I did not buy it from them... I'm very disappointed that I had to return to LA with something I bought from here and I am not going to be able to where it... I totally wasted my money..

I visited Beauty Express today around 11:30am this morning. The business hours on Google Maps state that Beauty Express should have opened at 9:00am. The sign on the window was also lit up and stated Open. Well, they were very much closed. I even called in hopes that someone would answer, but no one did. It was disappointing going out of my way to shop here. I ended up visiting another beauty store and unfortunately will not be giving Beauty Express another try.

I Love this place .. definitely my go to beauty store since moving in the area. Everyone is so helpful and I don’t feel like I’m being watched in a suspicious way .. and the twins behind the counter are so nice .. they’re always welcoming!
