My son came into this store today and paid for a small bottle of oil sheen that was 2oz and locking gel that was 6oz, so why is my card being card $17.65 for 2 items!!! and they didn’t even give him a receipt …so yall out here scamming and over charging children!!! First and last time EVER coming to that place.

Accused my friend of trying on some cheap lip gloss and putting it back on the shelf…She came in the store with her own lip gloss on. My friend was with me the entire time and is a bit of a germaphobe, she would never try on some random lip gloss. They claim it’s on the cctv, but I asked them to show me and they didn’t. Wish I knew before I spent any money at this raggedy store.

They are a bit racist. 95 percent of your customers or African American you shouldn’t treat them like all they’re going to do is steal. Best way to prevent theft is customer service. actually get up and help customer not uncomfortably watch them. People of diverse cultures should go the other way please. Blacks deserve better treatment than this seriously.

they follow you around the store like your stealing or something.. when they literally have cameras pointing in every direction possible to watch people. no reason people can’t shop in peace. I had to click one star in order to post this but i was trying to do no star !

I live out of town now and came into the store on 11/22/2022 with my mom because I use to shop there when I lived here years ago. My mom opened a product to make sure it was the correct item and the lady behind the counter snatched it out of my mother's hand and yelled get out. I know you shouldn't be opening products but if we planned on purchasing it no matter what, there should not have been an accusation of her thinking we were trying to steal anything from that store. Then she came over to me grabbed me and the item I was holding and yelled saying I don't want you to shop here. First and foremost Don't ever Put your hands on anyone especially me.
