Let me just say wow!! Beauty exchange is Always here when I need them most!! 7 days a week no matter the weather the holiday they are always open and reliable. What a poor business. I went to purchase a wig, the young sales woman was unprofessional explaining to me why only 3 wigs were allowed on counter instead of helping find something suitable for me, and when I made my selection, of course they were out, but she suggested something completely not my style and she knew it, but thought she was being funny, and I should've left at that point...I ended up making another selection and when I got to counter the young man with hazel eyes-not sure of his ethnicity, rung up incorrect item that wasn't even mine, and looked at me like I made mistake...,(2nd strike) Got home unpacked everything for work next morning. The service here is always unmatched. The management is top tier. They are always helpful and make you feel welcome. The store is also always neat and organized which I appreciate. Lastly, they remember you. My daughter and I travel across town to come here Mike and David.

Angel is a great employee. She assisted me last week picking out some items for my hairstyle! Thanks Angel! Update: my favorite oil was out of stock today, BUT Mike got me together with this Pink Sugar oil! It smells SO great! Thanks Mike!

Upon coming to the store I was told over the phone that they had an item I needed. When I got there after driving 25 minutes it wasn't there. Wasted half a tank of gas just to get to the store and I was misled and I'm devastated. After talking to a man over the phone only to deny having the conversation with him. I'll shop at other stores not this one. They'll waste your time and gas. I no one remembers this phone call.
