I love the store and one of your employees were extremely kind and helpful, but one of your employees, I think it was your assistant manager, was very rude to me. She made side eyes at me and whispered about how I look as I was walking around. I’m pretty sure she was even taking photos because I saw her with her phone but every time I caught her she quickly put it away. Apart from that, I did have a good experience. I strongly recommend you do something about your assistant manager. (Also, your other employees definitely deserve a raise. They are very kind and deserving of it. Please take that into consideration.)

They have lots of stuff. One associate was amazing and very helpful. And then we got the manger of the store . Horrible customer service skills. I’ve been in retail over 10 years. And the service I got from her, if she wasn’t a manager I would have asked for the manager. Very poor customer service skills. I did purchase two wigs and some product. Good thing I’m from out of state because I won’t be going back.

Absolutely horrible!! I am glad my daughter was not with me. The music was VULGAR!! Explicit lyrics and sexual content. I couldn’t even shop because the music was horrible. Just because you market to th Black community have respect for all people. Just because we are Black doesn’t mean we want to hear such vulgarity.

Need hair stuff: 🗣️They have about everything... The store is huge, clean, organized, and a nice place to shop at for hair and hair accessories. Plenty of parking space in the parking lot and easley accessable from the road on N Valley Mills Dr. Customer service needs to improve.

I gave this store 3 stars first of all I never buy store hair I always order my hair online and I was in a hurry to get my hair done but that’s beside the point.So I got the buy 1 and get 2 free this is the biggest ripoff the hair is super thin like thin you can’t even make a thick ponytail with the 3 bags that’s how thin this hair is so I went back and told him hey this hair is super thin he accused me of opening a bag of hair which was already open and told me that it wasn’t there hair. I’m like what I just brought this hair like WTH I ended up paying almost $200 dollars for hair that is super thin too he gave me another two bags but I paid for more hair that is super thin.Please Make them take the hair out the bags before you buy it. It might look thick in the bag but it’s not once that
