I’ve visited this location several times. I bought gel that was melted when I opened it. I bought shea butter that was SPOILED. I bought mouse and it was flat. Prices are extremely overpriced and products are LOW QUALITY. Disappointed because I like the location.

The hours listed on Google are completely inaccurate compared to the actual store hours. This is misleading and feels like false advertising—especially when customers plan their visit based on that information. It’s frustrating to arrive and find the store closed or operating on a different schedule. On top of that, the security staff was unnecessarily rude when I asked about the discrepancy. This kind of experience reflects poorly on the business and makes it hard to trust or recommend. Please update your online hours and train staff to treat customers with basic respect.

Manager and staff are great!!! They take care of customer so good!! Great prices. They have Ebin products.

Pretty pricey but they have variety of items. I arrived at 7:45pm today & the door was locked. The security guard said they were closed. I replied with, "I thought yall closed 8:00." He points to the sign on the door & in small print is where it says they close 15minutes early. So I updated the time on Google Maps to 7:45pm. You're welcome.

Everyone is so nice and friendly and they have great products at affordable price was pleasantly surprised!!!
