Beauty Credit

I had a very disappointing experience here. I purchased makeup from this store, and the quality was extremely poor — the products did not perform as advertised and were essentially unusable. When I returned to the store to ask for a refund or even an exchange, I was flat-out refused. Not only would they not offer a refund, they wouldn’t even allow me to exchange the items for something else. That is incredibly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Most reputable beauty supply stores understand that makeup is a product people need to try, and when it turns out to be defective or low quality, they at least offer store credit or an exchange. This store did neither. I will not be shopping here again, and I strongly caution others to be aware of their

The owner made a decision today to lose a lifelong customer instead of offering a $10 store credit for a ponytail that was purchased less than an hour before I returned . I frequently shop here because i live close by on Rosebud Rd but never again.Policy or no Policy they chose $10 over a customer. Becareful of where you spend your money!!!

I love this place not just because you can find absolutely anything you're looking for, but because the ladies that work here are AWESOME! So personable, always helpful, and give great style advice. It's like hanging out with friends. The store is always neat and well stocked. The prices are pretty good too.

I visit this beauty supply every time I’m in town, and I usually have pleasant experiences. My most recent experience was very disappointing though. On 3/13/22, my sister and I visited the store. My sister grabbed 2 of the mini sanitizer keychains located at the register among other supplies, and I paid for all of our items. The next day, I looked at my receipt and noticed I was charged for 3 sanitizers instead of 2. I called the beauty supply and spoke with a representative. I gave her the number on my receipt and requested she check the camera to validate my claim. She called me back a few minutes later and apologized that the cashier made a mistake and overcharged me. She told me I could bring my receipt when I return to town for a store credit. I returned to town today, 3/19, and visit

It's a good place. And a lot of cards.
