I went for a microdermabrasion I found on Groupon. On the website, it was described as a facial and facial pack, about 70 minutes long. I thought they would actually work on my face for around 30 minutes, but instead, they did about 15 minutes, put on a face mask, and then just disappeared. It felt kind of funny basically just a face mask. I ended up spending almost $100, when I could have bought the same kind of mask at Walmart for $5 and done it at home. Looking back, I don’t know why I did that,it was pretty funny.

I was able to get a same day reservation for a facial on a weekday. Zoey was extremely thorough and made me feel very comfortable. She did a great job and 24 hours later my skin is calm and looks great. I will definitely go back to her again.

UPDATE: Great facials but do not schedule in the AM when store opens. This is our 5th facial (4 of which were at 10AM), has to be early to fit our schedule. I’m giving one ⭐️ for time management/punctuality. For some of us, especially those of us on a tight schedule, that’s unacceptable. Wowwwww! Called this morning to make an appointment, earliest was next week but said they’d call us if a client canceled before then. Lucky us two clients canceled (today) so we took it. We got the teen facial and the hydrating facial and we were blown away. My aesthetician had magical hands, massaging every area of my face, releasing stress that I could feel in my toes. Shiseido is hands-down the best place to get facials and is definitely my new go to. My daughter and I have gone twice to get facials and our skins' appearance has improved greatly after each session. Each time, we left with our skin glowing and unbelievably relaxed. The ladies take their time and prioritize maintaining a clean, calm, relaxing environment (I even found myself dozing off here and there). Loved every second of it and I am so excited to come back for another session!

I have been going to Shiseido for over 15 years and have had nothing short of wonderful sessions. Lili and her staff are beyond great and are always very friendly and polite. The salon is extremely clean and welcoming. They also have a wide variety of beauty products. You will not be disappointed making an appointment here.
