"I had a pretty disappointing experience in this place. Since I arrived, the attention was unprofessional and I felt a total lack of kindness on the part of the staff. They were not willing to help or clarify my doubts, which made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I think they should improve a lot in dealing with the public. I don't recommend it and I won't come back."

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Fraudulent store with TERRIBLE customer service. I walked in looking for a LACE-FRONT wig for an install. The female worker was on the phone and barely looked up when I came in. I asked what wigs were human hair. She pointed to the counter and continued her phone call. I proceed to ask more questions about the wigs and she finally hung up the phone to ACTUALLY work. She explained which wigs were LACE-FRONT and said she didn’t know the density of any of the wigs. I selected what I was told was a 13X6 LACE-FRONT WIG only to get to my appointment and realize it was a U-PART wig. I ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES if she was sure this was the lace front I wanted. ALSO asked AGAIN BEFORE PAYING IF IT WAS A LACE-FRONT! OWNER IS LYING ABOUT HER TAKING THE WIG OFF THE DISPLAY TO

I have been shopping at beauty couture for a number of years and I must say their service has improved tremendously. The staff is friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. I would recommend beauty couture to my family and friends.

the owners daughter was blocking the entrance when I walked in then acted like I barged into her when I clearly said excuse me while she was leaning on the door that opens out , then the owner watched me like a hawk as I shopped then blatantly has a conversation about me stealing with another customer , probably because I'm white with tattoos walking into a racist ethnic store , I still spent money there with a smile while the lady wouldn't even look me in my eye... Bargain Buys is a MUCH better store ive been going to for 20 years & recommend much more

I bought a Hilo extension, truly I have no idea how to use these things- seller sold me a yellow color that does not match my color at all- when I went back to the store 48 hours later- everything was inside box with tags and unused- person told me too bad we don’t do exchanges or returns. Buyers be aware- $150 dollars trashed and I truly feel my desperation to fix my hair before a meeting was taken advantage of- seller knew color didn’t matched and told me nothing… I do not recommend.
