I feel like I need to write this review because if you’re like me and you’re trying to choose between two locations to go to or more, I don’t recommend coming here. They rarely have what you need. They just have generic beauty supply things, but if you’re looking for a particular color in hair or something that might be a little unique to find, they will not have it. I guarantee you. I went in there to find 613 hair they did have “613” braiding hair, but it was yellow (I held it up to another brands 613 hair and there was a significant difference telling me that it wasn’t true 613 nor is it a brand that I’m used to seeing it looks very cheap ) They did not have expressions which typically is the 613 traditional color … Long story short don’t come here if they do have what you want it’s pr

Why have a business that is specifically for black women if you don’t like it? The lady put all my stuff back at the front counter after following me around. Never again!

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Wife tried to return this item that we couldn't use for our daughters hair, with receipt. Aside from being extremely rude to my wife and basically accused her of trying to return "used" items, he wouldn't even give us store credit even though we had the unopened original packaging and receipt. Way better places in the area. Your reply shows the trash you are, I also got Christmas gifts from your store and you were a jerkoff to me then but I don't waste my time leaving negative reviews on local business. Even if one customer reads my review and spends their money elsewhere then I'm glad. Photo included you trash can. We will spend our money elsewhere, very gladly.

This store has everything and the owner Steve is very personable. The staff is very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable of the products. The store is well organized. I highly recommend this store 👌

Don’t buy from here they sell FAKE products! I brought a Nairobi setting foam from here & it was fake for 11.99 ordered it from their website because the one I got from this hair store was so watery I thought it was maybe a bad batch but it was completely fake different bottle sizes & different font of wording on the bottle! So sad taking our money and we’re your only customers and your selling fake products!
