I've been going to Beauty Concepts in Westmont for over 31 years now! It's hands down the best for waxing and threading services! Raji's makes waxing quick, painless and efficient! Raji does a thorough cleanup afterwards so you can walk out of the premise feeling fresh (with no stickiness). I've been consistently going to her for over 20 years! Falguni is great with threading eyebrows. She precise, quick and it's painless!

I’ve been going there for years! Bina is my go-to. She listens to what you want, and if you don’t know what you want, she knows what eyebrow shape suits you. She also takes her time and is gentle. I highly recommend her.

I went in here without an appt. This was my 3rd time. They do treat you differently. No greeting as I entered, and the women helping me was so rude. She actually scolded me for not entering my info right in the iPad. Now I go in room, and Raji was helping. Rude and stuckup women. She really didn’t want to be there, or wanted to do service. I was polite and respectful. Rude ladies and then they expect tip!

I usually don’t go to this salon but decided to try it since it’s closer to my house — big mistake. I went for a simple upper lip threading with Bina, and she tore the corner of my lip, which started bleeding. It’s been three days, and I’m still in pain and discomfort. When I spoke to the owner Rashmi, she brushed it off saying my skin might be sensitive — which is no excuse. Threading should always be done gently and with care. She even asked me to send pictures of the injury — I honestly don’t understand why, instead of taking responsibility or offering help. Very disappointing experience — would not recommend this salon.

Massage and facial by Angela. Wow, my skin is beautiful. Her facials are fabulous. I combine facial with massage. Pay in cash for a discount. I go every two weeks. I have never been so relaxed. Not fancy, but quite affordable.
