I had a very disappointing experience with one cashier during my visit. When I asked simple questions about prices and items, she seemed visibly annoyed and was abrasive in her responses. I asked about the price of purse , She said she didn’t know . So I tried to find the price myself When I pointed out that an item was marked $2.99 on the rack because she told me she didn’t know the price she dismissively said that was not the price, with an attitude.And if you previously said you didn’t know the price , How could you know it wasn’t 2.99 She eventually asked the manager to verify the price which she should have done at first By that point, I was already frustrated by how the situation was handled, so I asked the manager for assistance instead. I was shopping for a last-minute gift and

Everyone was very nice, welcoming, and had no problem with allowing me to have my photoshoot there! Again, thank you sm!

This store need to train they worker to pay attention when they give customers they bundle, because they give me three different kind of hair and when I told them about it they taking about they don't give refund, I don't want no refund just talk to your workers.and you have one worker that knows her stuff Angela she was a big help.

What time does the store open? It says it is open online and the door says 10am-6pm. I came last night at 6:04 and nobody was here, yet it’s after 10am now and it hasn’t opened YET.
