I purchased Ashanti Creamy Shea butter (this is a product I use regularly) from this location. After 2 uses, my arms broke out in hives. After smelling the product I realized it definitely has to be expired. My skin had an allergic reaction. Called up to the location and explained what happened and at least wanted a refund, she stated I needed a receipt. I stated I have my debit card statement which shows the purchase day/time and amount. She stated no we need a receipt. Absolutely insane. Completely negligent, makes you want to take legal action.

Great beauty supply overall. It's huge so they literally always have everything in stock. Prices are a tad on the higher end but that's simply due to overall economic inflation..nothing can be done about that. Overall I always leave here with what I needed in the first place :)

Never ever spend your money here the man at the counter is very rude and arrogant. Please don’t go here and spend your money. Give this place a reason to close down

I watched them refuse to take a usually customer card and her husband wasn’t able to come and her name was on the card . She spend thousands of dollars here ! So I won’t. Be coming back as well ! Its sad ! HOW THEY WANT TO COME INTO OUR COUNTRY AND BE RUDE AND TAKE OUR MONEY CLOSE THIS DOWN AND START SUPPORTING OUR OWN BUSINESSES ! Very nasty people that work here ! And they also raised all the prices since tariffs go to my beauty supply or other besides this save yourself the headache !!
