Stopped in for some beauty supplies, really big store . Staff was nice my only complaint was the parking you have to park around back to walk to the front . But overall good store.

I go to this beauty supply store a lot. I understand that me supporting this business is also putting money in the owner’s pocket, which is why I would never visit the store again. last week I was in the store and I purchased a pack of cheap hair to do a quick ponytail when I got home, I realized that the hair was Horrible to the point where I couldn’t work with it. Yes, I opened up one bundle of the hair, the other pack, I didn’t open so the next day I went back to the store. The cashier kindly told me that I could only refund within one day of purchasing, and if something was opened, they cannot do anything for me for the other pack that I didn’t open, they offered an exchange. I purchased this jar of Dr Girls Botana oil. When I got it home it looked like someone had stuck their finger in it so I decided to bring it back and show them. I didn't want a return nor a credit just a fresh jar that didn't look used. The manager treated me so horrible and disrespectful. He said I just didn't like it! I'm like I haven't used it to not like it and I just want another jar. THE SAME PRODUCT!!!! He said no then I have to throw this one away. He continued to talk to me while looking out of the window not at me and saying I can't take this back. No matter how many times I told that man I just want a jar that doesn't look used. Every time I come in here the owner that is an Asian man always stands over my shoulder and watches me as I shop, it’s super uncomfortable. I’ve been to many other beauty supplies in the area and haven’t had this issue. Of course…. I’m a black woman. The shop itself if decent but I try not to come here too much if I can help it because I’m getting sick of the owner trying to profile me every single time I walk in, mind you I’ve been coming here on and off for the last 4 years , you would think this man would know who I am by now and realize I am not there to steal. I certainly have watched him interact with the lighter skin customers that are women more positively, his whole demeanor switches up……. I’ve been waiting to write this review for a long time now.

Prices are high same shampoo for $10 was at shoprite for $7. A few other items were over priced compared to other markets. It is not worth it to be honest. Neatness disguise the quality. Perceptual falsehood First experience Lasting impression.
