I had a great experience with Olivia! From the second I spoke to her on the phone, I knew I was going to the right person. She is so personable, not a moment of my appointment was uncomfortable. She’s not only beautiful but also extremely knowledgeable. I never like to get my hair cut and am nervous for the whole process, but with her I just had trust from the beginning and I let her do what she thought was best! She listened to my requests about wanting to give life back to my hair as the length has weighed down my curls. She talked me through every step of the way and what she was doing. I’ve never had someone to return to but it’s definitely her. My hair is happier and healthier as opposed to how stringy and thin it looked towards the ends before. Olivia is a gem! She knows hair and keeps pleasant conversation. The salon is cute, with coffee, tea, and snacks. Five hours flew by, and I was a gorgeous blonde.
