I would give 0 stars if I could. I had an appointment with Nikki at noon. I got there early and messaged her that I was outside waiting for when she got there. At noon she still wasn't there and I hadn't heard anything from her. So I texted and Facebooked her, with no response, until 12:20 when I decided to call her. No answer still. About 5 mins later she FINALLY messaged me and said "Oh I'm so sorry I wish you'd have called. I set a bunch of alarms that didn't wake me up." It's funny, I thought I was dealing with an adult that could manage her own life. So at 12:25 she told me she would be there in 20 mins or less. I waited till 1pm and she STILL wasn't there, so I decided to leave and go find someplace else to do my hair. Thankfully Hair Graphics had a cancelation and was able to fit me

Nikki was so patient and made me feel comfortable the whole time I was there. She did an extreme transformation on my hair and exceeded my expectations by far. I’ve definitely found my new hair dresser. She got me to the blonde i’ve been wanting for a long time. i love it & feel so pretty now :)

Nikki scheduled an appointment for my mother and after we waited for an hour, nikki did NOT show up. She did not even call to cancel which would have been the professional thing to do. The other stylist, tish i believe, was very kind. I recommend going to her, not nikki.

I went in to get my hair cut by Nikki. I told her exactly what I wanted. I think she’s the first to completely listen to what I asked for because she did a fantastic job on my hair. Thanks again Nikki!

I would like to point out that I have hard water and still gets me to the blonde I want. I pay for her time and products because I know she can give me the blonde I'm looking for. She also uses other products that protect your hair when bleaching so it doesn't get fried, I've never had that problem for her. Sitting in her chair might cost a little more but she can get you to the look you want which is well worth it Even you you're a brunette looking to go light blonde. Most sylest will have to do more than one sitting which in the long run cost more or you fry your hair
