I’d give 0 stars if possible. Please note poor business ethics regarding cancellation policy. I understand this is now common among stylist but still unethical in my opinion and my experience. Granted, I should not have booked with the 50% non refundable deposit, my mistake, most businesses have 24 hr clause, nope, not here. Stylist kept my $75 deposit after I canceled less than 24 hours from the time of booking and made no attempt for partial refund. The appointment was a week away, ample time for rebooking was given. Can somebody justify such business practices? Not even a partial refund was made or attempted?
