Beauty Brows & Wax by Steff

I always do my service with Rachel and I love it! She does exactly what I ask, is always so friendly and kind, and my skin always ends soft and taken care. The price is good, the wax is fresh and sterile, good quality and it doesn't break the hair (like other waxing chain companies that charge you 4 times more for a pitiful service and non-appropriate material). Highly recommend!

I’ve visited your salon several times in the past & have always had positive experiences. However, I did notice there were quite a few staff changes, so I took a break from coming in after my regular esthetician left. I returned in August for a brow lamination, which was my second time having the service done at your salon (and my fourth time overall). My first experience was great, but unfortunately, the most recent one did not go as well. During the appointment, I noticed the technician seemed a bit distracted & was in & out of the room, & the solution appeared to be left on longer than usual. A few days later, I noticed the ends of my brow hairs were damaged & appear to be overprocessed. I’ve been brushing them & applying castor oil regularly, but they still seem fried. I wanted to shar

My brows look amazing. I don’t think they’ve ever looked this good. Steff is a perfectionist (which I love) and even went as far to fill in my brows for me. Unfortunately, I’m only in the area during my school breaks, but she is definitely the only stylist I’ll be patronizing when I need my brows down when I’m in town. During summer break, I’m coming back to get powdered brows! Very excited!

The entire staff is amazing! I have been going for years to Stephanie and love her and her Mom! I highly recommend any and all services here! Super professional and clean! Even when I weighed almost 300 lbs they still took care of my needs. I have never once felt anything but like family!

Kind of expensive, and they charge a fee to process a debit or credit card payment. Pretty sure that’s illegal.
