I had dropped in to see if anyone was available to wash and style my very long hair, because I had injured my arm. Glad was the nicest lady who had a few moments before her next client accepted my wishes. She was very nice and did a great job all the way to the finish. I felt so much better getting my hair clean and styled. Thank you Glad , you were such a blessing to me. And thank you Beauty Brands for helping in my time of need.

I have been a Beauty Brands customer for years- through ownership changes, remodels, staff turnover, etc. However, I have to say, I’m finally done. My recent service wasn’t terrible, but it was mediocre. My nail artist put forth next to no effort on nail or foot care. She basically removed my polish, put on new polish, and put some lotion on my legs. For a $70 pedicure- I’m looking to leave with my feet feeling moisturized and pretty, cuticles and heels included. If all I wanted was to switch out polish colors, I would just do that at home. While at Beauty Brands, I also picked up a bottle of mascara that your website said was on sale for $12.50, only to find it was $25 in store. I also tried to redeem a Take Ten reward (I think I have 14 or 15 available), only to be told that they have to

Nicole is the BEST!!! She has a great ability to work with short hair. She takes her time to listen and then make great suggestions. She gives a relaxing massage too! I have been going to her for several years and won't even consider going to anyone else. I highly recommend her.
