I do not recommend this shop at all. The person who sits at the third chair did my hair. It took her 7 hours to do my hair. She was on the phone the whole time. When I saw the back of my hair I contacted the owner (Fosta) who told me that she will have the same person “fix” my hair. She also added that it wouldn’t be my whole hard that was being fixed. Then she complained about my $20 tip not being enough. Save yourself the hassle, no not go here.

The owner is very pleasant and Irene (the lady who did my hair) was very respectful to me being tender-headed. They were smart and kind enough to offer me to blow dry my own hair to make the braiding process easier (My hair is long and THICK). I've been looking for a salon that isn't ghetto where they don't pull out your hair too badly, and the braiding talent is good. I think I've just found my new forever braiding place! :) Satisfied customer.

Fosta is a wonderful shop owner. Very attentive to what goes on in the shop. Fatima did my Marley Twists and did an excellent job i was very pleased with the outcome. So pleases that i made sure to leave a healthy tip 😁

It's ridiculous that you make multiple appointments with this business and no one even bothers to show up for your appointment that you made DAYS before. This happened to me 3 times and my sister 2 times. You get there and the door is locked. You call to see what's going on and you have to reschedule. At what point were you going to call the customer and let them know instead of having them drive all the way there with for no reason. It's crazy.

I had crochet braids put in. For whatever reason, the stylist GLUED the hair strands in during installation (I never realized she was doing that until she was just about done). The glue hardened into knife-like spikes, punctured my scalp in certain places, and I had to take the braids out. It was then that I realized she glued these pieces to my OWN HAIR....which was fairly long. I ended up having to cut the pieces of hair and glue from my hair, which left it an unmitigated MESS.....resulting in my having to SHAVE MY HEAD. I've gone from shoulder length natural hair to a shaved head. Now...the work done on the hair (as far as looks) was great.....but what was underneath, at least for me, was horrific. While I've had my hair done at this location before with no problems, I will never return
