I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the results of the neck treatment I received at your establishment. Prior to the procedure, my skin did not exhibit the sagging or wrinkles that have since developed immediately following the treatment. These adverse results have caused both physical and emotional distress and are inconsistent with the expected and represented outcome of the service provided. Given the nature and extent of these results, it is my position that the treatment outcome constitutes an unsatisfactory service and potential professional negligence. Excellent service, beautiful place. I took my six years old daughter and she love Rosie. I have known her since 20 years ago when I went to her place to have a service for the first time, it’s been on and off.
