Customer service from hell, I came to the front counter to purchase my hair product(s)the cashier with red tattoo on her neck rang my item and said nothing to me. While she was talking loudly gossiping with someone else all in my face! The terminal was having a problem, she still ignored what I told her. After all the hassle I move to another register. She didn't hand me the bag she put it all the way across the counter. She was not focused on this sale, its crazy. She was talking loud gossiping to someone. I will never visit this black business establishment. I had exceptional experience at Beauty Mecca The Beauty Discount Store on 3310 Ogeechee Road in Savannah, Ga.

The owner of this store is extremely nice+ calm energy! I’ve never met a beauty supply owner with a level of care he seems to have in this community. I have no problem traveling to his store to support!

They don't give prices over the phone but they don't have a website with prices. That's the craziest thing I've ever heard. Sounds like this Company needs to tighten up

I have not shopped in this area in many year. I was most delighted. I went to buy oil for my locs. Because I was downtown. Came out with 5 tops and 5 bottom for my son for this up and coming school year. At the most beautiful price of 100 buck. Now whom else is doing this? Belts for 4 bucks back pack's for 14. God is good the only thing this store didn't have was socks and shoes but everything else I got. And just on the humbug I went for one thing and got blessed to get everything else I needed. Like most parents I am on a budget and I will be telling all of my friends if you want a good deal to come to the store because they have the best. And I will be coming back the only thing I can say is the aisles are kind of crowded they have a lot of stuff in the store.
