They will not get my service no more the wife is rude I got nails that was open with food on them the receipt said I had 7 days to exchange wasn’t asking for money back or nothing just get another pair that wasn’t open she made a big deal over it like honey it’s 29.99 for the nails and talking about why I didn’t come back the same day it’s just damn nails

I visited here because I wanted to get a v part wig for a wedding I’m attending on the weekend. I was followed around the store my whole visit. I understand being cautious of people stealing but in a store like that there should be cameras Or something to where you shouldn’t have to be followed around the whole time. I purchased a small item and left.

They have a huge variety of hair and products. But the service is horrible! I have been there several times and noone greets you or proactively asks if you need help. Recently I visited the store there and genuinely needed help. I asked someone and was (rudely) told where I could find product. I even mentioned that what I was looking for was not in that section. The two stars given are only related to the merchandise selection. If you know what you are looking for and then by all means go there. The bad part about me even wasting time typing this is review is that....THEY DONT CARE!

My experience here was a very mixed one. My poor rating was more about the experience than the store. I am undergoing chemotherapy, which wasn't supposed to make my hair fall out but it is drastically. ⅔ of my hair has fallen out in the last week. I am not a girly girl so wigs are not exactly my forte but I needed to get started. A friend suggested this place. When I went in, no one spoke to me. They have a wide selection of everything imaginable and if you are familiar with those things, I imagine it would be the place to be. I looked around and found my way to the wig room in back. The sweet girl there couldn't speak English so when I tried to explain to her that I had never used wigs and things she just grinned and walked away.
