This is my go to nail salon and I just realized I’ve never written a review! The luxury of this place is really amazing. They have free drinks in the lobby, reasonable pricing, and such friendly staff!! They understand if you’re a talker or not a talker, they make your appointment cater to you! I will always be a loyal customer here! Their work is gorgeous and worth the money!

I’ve been going here for years… and unfortunately I haven’t been in a long time but I went yesterday and asked to get acrylic gel had an inspo pic ready and everything. They sadly didn’t have the color which that part I understood. When doing my nails the lady rushed and did not give me the correct re fill she simply went over the set I had on for 4 weeks need less to say my nails burned and hurt after she did them. On top of that left the residue on my nails. There was a language barrier unfortunately so I think a lot of things were misunderstood. Just very very disappointed.

It’s was my first time in Spa. I loved environment. Very calm atmosphere. I enjoyed pedicure. I will be back and try manicure next time

I went in to have my dipped powder nails removed. I asked them to remove the coating and apply basic polish. I informed her that they were natural nails and I just wanted removal of coating and polish. She began with the drill tool ( like I’m used to) and then just took it upon herself to start cutting them. As soon as she cut the first nail I told her it was too short. She cut the second even shorter and I said “ow” ,after feeling her graze my nail bed, and the other employee at the table next to us said something to her. She cut the third and accomplished her goal to cut my nail bed. The other employee said something to her more aggressively. The nail salon itself was super nice and modern. I wish the customer service was as well. I came in with Gel X nails ( basically press on nails done by another nail tech ) this nail shop did not offer this type of service so I was understanding. I asked if they could remove and then do builder gel which was not a problem. Once it came to do my nails, the nail tech herself did NOT know how to remove them. She was asking me how do I remove them because she was going to use a nail tip and take them off without soaking. In the middle of her doing my nails one of the nail techs asked my nail tech how it was going and she complained about the fact she had to soak my gel x nails off and that she was still working on me.
