if I could give 0 stars, I would. I spent a couple hundred dollars to end up walking out with EXACTLY what I said I didn't want. nothing was done to follow up my concerns. they have ignorant 19 year olds posing as experienced professionals. I told them up front how picky I am with my hair. if they couldn't do it, they should have said so and I would have gone to Alexander's where I normally go, or picked something else to get done. I spend the same money but end up with what I want at Alexander's...or at least honesty about what can be done. I used to go to the Beauty Bar regularly with a certain stylist who is no longer there, so I figured I'd give them a try again. should never have done it!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! GO TO A REAL PROFESSIONAL!!!!!

Average pricing. As far as haircut quality it's hit or miss. I've gotten really great haircuts there and I've also gotten really bad ones too. They also try to sell you lots of hair products. I will always go back however. Word of advice though... just be happy with your cut before you leave.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Hands down worst experience I ever had which led to me having to cut several inches off because the manager did such a horrific job i had to cut several inches of dead fried bleached hair off. To top it off too it was not what I asked for in the slightest bit. It was a horrific experience and I would never go here no matter what the circumstances are.

This used to be a place to go to get a decent haircut. Went a couple months ago and got the 2nd WORST haircut I've ever had. The girl did not use scissors at all on my layers, instead she used some type of razor and sawed off layers around the top of my head and left it like that. I looked like I had a bowl sitting on top of my head with hair that hung down underneath. Now I have to wait for it to grow out. They really should warn customers ahead of time this will be done to their head. Also why would they hire someone who does not know how to use SCISSORS?! Every time I look in the mirror I get PISSED.

I went about two months ago because I needed to change up my hairstyle and I absolutely loved it. My stylist was wonderful she did a phenomenal job on my hair and I would definitely recommend going here.
