I requested a blond balayage with my natural hair color and I got far from that was sent home with purple in my hair, white and yellow in my hair and was way over toned. I was told that a couple washes would help it blend. It was not well blended at all. Looked like I tried to do this myself at my home. Lost 140$ and I had to use color correction shampoo and get my hair redone and cost me 95 more dollars . I did not come back to correct this I went to a new place, bc it was overwhelming to see how bad it actually was. Why would they let me walk out looking like this ? I will never come back ever again.

Megan Wray is a wonderful hairstylist. She takes time to listen and understand your ideas/wants for your hair. She accounts your daily styling routines, time, and how the style will look on your face shape. She explains what products help the style and how to replicate what she is doing. She wants you to enjoy your hair and she is highly talented in her skills. If you are looking for someone that has attention to detail and cares how you feel while you are in the shop and outside of her chair call and set up an appointment with her. Very happy to call her my stylist.

My nail appointment was very uncomfortable. The technician made an insensitive comment about the Hispanic community in Crawfordsville. They seemed upset when I didn’t have cash, even though, as a new customer, I was never informed that they don’t accept cards. I will not be returning.

Ashley is the best hairdresser I've ever had! Friendly, efficient and so in tune to how I want my hair. Reasonable prices too.
