Love going here! Small quaint & friendly salon. Everyone is an experienced hair stylist. I've been going here for years & recommend if you're looking for a hair stylist.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Jessica and Michael have created a fun environment for their clients and have added several great stylists. Michael never fails to impress with his skills and knowledge. I have very fine, curly/ wavy hair and he always keeps my cut and color looking great, regardless if it is platinum blonde or the perfect shade of purple They offer some great products too and know how to tell customers how to use them correctly, so you're not wasting your money. The salon has great hours, which is very helpful to me being able to go on Saturdays.

Michael has been my hairdresser for nearly a year now, and he is wonderful! I've been on a journey to silver/gray for some time now... When he was at Ross the Boss, the hairdresser who was next to him was my hairdresser, but when she wasn't available, Michael did my hair. He knew my journey and how long it had been... He did an amazing job with my hair and helped me get to where I wanted to be. He's been my hairdresser ever since! He even took a class on helping people get to gray/silver more easily! He and Jessica are really great and they both care about their clients! I would highly recommend either of them.

Jessica and Michael are the best! Jessica has been cutting my hair for years, and I never have a bad haircut. It's exactly the same every time, and she is so fun to talk to. (ask her about her last trip to Disney World) I love their new salon too! Just the two of them, so you don't have to ever wait because of a "walk-in" cutting into your appointment accidentally. Jessica schedules my appointments out an entire year, and their messaging system to remind you of your appointment is great. They are so laid back, too; if something does come up where I need to reschedule, it's never a problem. They will accommodate your schedule if need be. They are in the heart of Farragut, so their salon is so convenient! You have to give them a call if you're looking for a new stylist.

Jessica is one of the most talented & creative people I know. Her skills are beyond amazing. I always feel refreshed and perfectly coiffed after leaving her chair. The atmosphere at Beauty & the Beard is professional, yet comfortable and fun. Michael is hilarious and their banter leaves me in stitches. Their desire to please their customers is also above par. Jessica will do her best (come in early and/or stay late) to ensure you get the services you need when you need them. I'm always surprised by her quickness, too. And she gives the best head massages during the shampoo/conditioning session!
