Beauty and the Beach

Erica cut my hair, she asked me what results i was hoping for and listened to my response. She kept as much length as possible and evened out the really awful cut someone else had given me. Curly hair can be very difficult to deal with and finding a great curly cut is even more difficult. I look forward to seeing Erica again in a few months for a clean up and possibly some seasonal highlights. Thanks for making my hair healthy and my curls happy!

Wow! I’d been dealing with my own attempts to lighten my hair for a year, and Erica did an amazing job helping me communicate what I wanted and then carefully applying highlights and lowlights and giving a much needed trim. I recommend this salon wholeheartedly. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming and the the service was so professional. Very talented cosmetologists and reasonable prices with great care put into the service. I also bought a purple shampoo that I’m excited to try. My Mom and I have been coming to Beauty and the Beach for a long time. Mom loves her weekly wash and curl. She has a short cut that compliments her face and is easy to manage. I love my cut, color, and highlights. Always perfect for my long thick hair.

Laura was amazing! First time at this salon. I’ve been nervous about going to one again as I’ve had many a bad haircut. For the past few years I’ve been having my friend who is a part time hairdresser do it, but wanted to find someone who would really take their time (and give my friend a break from my constant begging). Laura was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I had shown her a photo of the layered long hair with short layered bangs I wanted, and she nailed it! She explained everything she was doing to make sure I was comfortable with the lengths. Bonus points for being extra knowledgeable about how to care for my long, thick, frizzy hair. I feel so much lighter now, and she even somehow magically kept the length that I’ve been growing out while giving me some texture and styl

Erica is very talented and takes the time to get to know you and your style .The moment you walk in you feel like you’re at the right place. That perfect fit if you will.
