I give this store 5 stars because I been coming here for 4 years now And they always have everything I need and. the young lady with locs have great customer service she very helpful with any new crazy hairstyles and colors I want to do and she always smiling which keep me coming back the others managers is good to but I go to her everytime the other employees getting there just need to be more helpful GO SHOP WITH THEM THEY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED

I usually don’t write reviews but the workers at this store are genuinely so helpful! I’m trying to install a wig for the first time and had absolutely no idea what I was doing. One of the ladies walked me through what products I should get, what steps i should take, and she even showed me many helpful tutorials to guide me. They were swift at checkout and had great attitudes. This was my first time in the store but I will most definitely be coming back! Thank you for helping me.

I love this store they have many options to choose from I probably come here 2/3 times out the week because I braid hair but morning shift with guy and girl with braids or locs have great customer service and funny but last Friday I came in the evening(2girls was there) and the service was not IT their conversation was more important then giving service the lighter girl had an attitude mostly nobody walked around to help that’s why I gave 4

Went in to purchase a waist snatcher, after purchasing I did not like the design of the wait snatcher. I read the receipt to see the store policy on purchased items, went back in 5 minutes after my purchase to return the item and receive store credit, the manager walked away after telling him I wanted to return it and let the Black girl handle it. She says because it’s opened I cannot return the item. The receipt says nothing about not being able to return opened items, I guess they want to put it back on the floor to resell again. I will not be shopping anywhere that does not honor their own policies.

Came in here about a month ago, with a girl I had met THAT DAY…. A friend of mine had JUST started dating her, so he also wasn’t familiar…. I said all that to say, while in the store, the girl starts putting things in her pocket(I was unaware). I was on the other side of the store, had no idea what was going on. We all met at the front to start checking out, and a store clerk approaches the new female friend and says give us everything back, she acts like she didn’t do anything, so I look at her, and I say, “if you stole something give it back to them”…. I was so disgusted by her that I didn’t even give them a full ride back home, I dropped them off on the side of the road. I came back to ask if she had stolen anything else that I wasn’t aware of, they said yes, so I paid for it out of my
