First time visit. Great location, good space, has a great variety of brands and supplies, which I loved. The manager/owner she was very helpful. She wore a black collared shirt. She was very sweet and gave me recommendations while I was shopping. I have a great shopping experience. The staff was polite as well. I will return in the near future.

If I could give this place no star, I would. First time going there today, I’m looking through the crochet hair style and at the same time looking at the hair on my phone for a match. I noticed this lady coming not too far from me while on the phone thinking she just walking around because lots of customers started walking in, nothing wrong with it. Then I realized she started just circling only around me for a few mins and stood right behind me at some point. All right ima head out taking my business somewhere else. That was embarrassing to be treated like a thief when all I wanted was to just shop.

Enori was amazing help me out a lot I got everything I need and more. You look every thing up for me that I bought the experience was great.

My mom and I've been a regular customers for a while. I don't know what happened to the Asian lady that works at wig department and gave us wig reward cards. Today, we went there to buy some wigs & wanted to try it on, we found out that we have to pay $1 to try these wigs on. A young girl stated that if we don't buy these wigs then they will keep $1 which is absolutely ridiculous and if we buy these wigs, we can get a dollar off on these wigs, I was very disappointed so we ended up walked out the store and went somewhere else. I don't know if it's because of new management but this will be my last time going there.. please avoid going to this beauty store especially if you want to try on wigs.
