As a Black woman, I have tried to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt, but after multiple uncomfortable experiences, I can no longer ignore what happened. The first incident involved staff closely watching another Black woman and her young child near the register. She was visibly uncomfortable and eventually left the store expressing that she felt targeted. When I addressed it, an employee attempted to dismiss the situation by offering me a small free item and quickly ushering me out. The second incident was far more serious. On Valentine's Day, I entered the store briefly to purchase hair clips. I was the only customer left inside when a female employee told me to "hold on" while speaking to another employee in another language. Shortly after, a male employee locked the doors

Walked in with a group and was not acknowledged at all by the owner at the register, even though he clearly saw us. He sent an employee over following us, and repeatedly asking if we needed help, which felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. The environment felt awkward enough that we didn’t even want to buy anything. Be aware they are selling skin soap and oils that appear to be counterfeit specifically the BB Clear oil, which does not seem authentic to anyone familiar with the real product.

The best beauty supply there is , hands down they literally have everything and the give you points towards money off on your purchases

They are the epitome of genuine customers service I think every other beauty supply store in Los Angeles need to go there and get some training from them even in the crunch they had my back I called 2 minutes before they close I told him what I needed they pulled it off the shelf hardly had it rained up for me all I had to do was get out of my car and pay for it was at the door already waiting for me great freaking service great service
