I love this beauty supply store, everyone is so sweet, the staff are so helpful! They check in and help you anything you may need, the check out process is super easy and you can use your phone number to earn store points! The prices are great and I would recommend stopping by to grab your favorite beauty items!

This place Is huge, and they use the space to provide an inordinate variety of hair care needs, hair style needs, costume jewelry, and press-on nails, and for all ages and hair types. They have a reward system, which is cool. You save with each purchase. There is a $1 fee to try on wigs. It's clean and spacious. It actually resembles the floor model of Alta, so very modern. The staff is mixed, with different ages and races. I really like this store and would tell everyone to come here. Prices are moderate and they have sales. You will say wow when you walk in! They set the standard for beauty supply stores.

I have visited this location on two separate occasions, and unfortunately both experiences were unsatisfactory. During my most recent visit, an individual who appeared to be a minor (approximately 13–14 years old) was stationed at the register. When I asked for assistance locating an item, I was directed to an incorrect aisle. Upon returning to request further help, no additional staff were available or responsive. I ultimately had to browse the store unassisted until another employee approached me. I also observed that pricing appears higher than expected compared to similar retailers. Of additional concern, the minor at the register was eating hot Cheetos while on duty and did not wash his hands prior to completing my transaction. The wig on the mannequin looked different from what was purchased. Luckily I checked before leaving. The main issue was the attitude of the manager, VERY dismissive and rude. It felt disrespectful. Ultimately he gave me a discount only after I insisted he do something otherwise he would have passed me on to one of the sales associates that didn’t have the power to resolve the issue. He simply didn’t care to hear that his wigs on display was a bad representation. Watch where you spend your money. Even though they are a huge store I will not be back.

I have been coming to this store for over a year and usually have great experiences. However, during my last two visits, I encountered an employee ((black woman, burgundy/purple hair color, typically behind the counter in the wig section) in the wig section who displayed unprofessional behavior. When I asked for assistance retrieving a wig from behind the counter, she rolled her eyes and responded with a rude attitude. This level of customer service is disappointing, especially considering the amount of money I regularly spend here. I hope management addresses this issue, as it affects the overall shopping experience. I would like to continue supporting this store, but the customer service in that department needs improvement.
