Just walked out. The guy working was so nasty he didn’t even speak! As I was processing that, two young ladies came in from Rainbow and he raced to meet them at the door to order them to give him their bags. It’s never a problem to keep my money in my pocket. Will never set foot in there again.

I felt so uncomfortable soon as I came in. Lady at the counter with white hair stared at me the whole time while I was looking at an item. She did not ask if I needed help or say hello. Seemed like she thought I was going to steal or something. First and last time here. I would not patronize this beauty supply.

🚨BOYCOTT🚨 This used to be my go to supply store, unfortunately they have come under new management. The new staff is utterly rude( with the exception of the hispanic man) , they don't acknowledge customers and also follow customers around treating people like common criminals. Black women keep urban beauty supply stores in business it's time we only shop where our business is appreciated. Beauty Trends in Matteson near Pete's is a lovely beauty supply store with excellent customer service.

My favorite beauty supply. I’ve been going here for a while. I’m not sure what the 1 stars are about. They have it written on the doors and posted that they don’t accept refunds or returns/exchanges. Some of these ladies need to read. Although some things are priced unfairly I just steer away from them because of the support and kindness from the owners. They always bring me a basket. Greet me at the door. Have a great attitude. It’s appreciated greatly. They love to help.

I was followed around the store like I was stealing, used to enjoy coming into this beauty supply but the micro aggressions, poor customer service, and dirty looks have changed my mind.
