Beauty 4 Less Beauty Supply

I bought a product from this company through Amazon. The package was supposed to be delivered at a parcel locker, but I never received any message from the locker, which means the package was never delivered. The package should have been delivered by UPS, the tracking information said it was delivered, but never completed since I never got the code to open the lockers. I contact the seller that didn’t want to refund the order, so I lost my money with them. This company does not value their customers so please don’t buy from them!

Please be aware that this place sells old dry rotted hair from the other beauty supply stores in Tuscaloosa. They’re connected with discount beauty supply. This company is False advertising like the wigs on the wall are 100% human. I paid $300 for a curly wig. It turned out to be synthetic blend. The hair is so dry no matter what I put on it. I believe the wig is dry rotted from old stock. I can’t even run a hot comb over the closure to flatten my hair. I contacted the manager/owner and he had no remorse or sympathy. He acted as if it was my fault. The hair burns when you apply heat to it. These people know nothing about hair. They’re just trying to make a dollar off our community. Which is very sad. Shop anywhere but here for your hair needs!

The store was very nice well kelp clean!! Stocked nice and neat! You could find everything with out over stock in your way! They had EVERYTHING I was looking for and the lady is AWESOME!! She was so nice!!

First time in this store and I’m definitely going back to mark this store as my beauty supply store. Very friendly staff. My products were in stock. Prices comparison was actually lower than what I normally pay for my products.

I like how when you don’t know where anything is they address you like
