Today was my first time visiting this store and when I tell you that the customer service was outstanding it really was. This is a legit review and I will continue to shop there with that type of service. I truly appreciate not having to travel far for fantastic service because all three of the ladies were remarkable.

I Love me some Beauty 21 the prices are good. I had an issue with a product I spoke to the owner Ms Joyce overvthe phone. She was very kind and professional I mentioned that I lived far north and that I was a senior citizen she was so accommodating not everyone is patient with seniors. Thank you Ms.Joyce for being so gracious. PS. I Love the christan music. Lots of Blessings to you and your staff.

I can't say enough about Beauty 21. 😀 This is the most extensive beauty supply I believe in Illinois. They have every type of hair, wigs and supplies you can imagine. It's the size of a Jewel Osco ... with rows and rows of hair in any color you can imagine and the prices are unbelievable. There's Christian music playing all day, that will have you in the store praising God ... I love the music! And this beautiful soul right here ... I love her spirit. If you haven't experienced this store yet, you are really missing out. Go by there ... tell them Cynthia told you about them ... you won't be disappointed.🥰
