Beauty 2 U

I’m a woman of a certain generation so I needed some hard hair rollers (some or y’all know what I’m talking about 🥰) The beauty supply I normally frequent would’ve taken me out of my way and I had other errands. I checked @Google and it told me the closest beauty supply. Very friendly people, great customer service, clean and plenty of parking. SHOP LOCAL!!!

Not as well stocked or knowledgeable as expected. I mean they have a lot of stuff, basics but only piece meal higher ebd products, olaplex, etc

This store isn’t great but it isn’t bad, it’s just small. I do have a hard time finding beauty products and I feel like a lot of there beauty products is over priced but they definitely have the latest and great quality of beauty products. For this store to be small there variety of hair is great! Also the sales are amazing whether it’s synthetic or Human or braiding hair. It’s probably been twice where the price says one thing and then I went to the register and it was a nothing thing, that type of stuff annoys me... especially if the sales associate isn’t will you check for herself. So if you see a price underneath or above the hair I would take a picture of it. As far as finding good deals on hair this is a good place.

Terrible experience here was very unfortunate because I have been a customer here for a while. The older Asian woman had dirty gloves that were blue, so you could visibly see the dirt and the green discoloration color and she refused to change gloves. Meanwhile we are in Covid and she was spreading her germs everywhere and expecting me to let her hold my credit card and items from the store. She would not change gloves or ease my mind as a customer. What really bothered me is she proceeded to get loud and have an attitude with me because I asked her if she could change gloves or if I could put the items up to the scanner as well as my CC myself. She was extremely irritable and clearly frustrated. This is unacceptable to customers who use their hard earned money and can pick which business

Apart from some cosmetics at the front, the majority of the items in the store had no prices anywhere, either on the items or on the shelves. When I asked the older lady behind the counter if an item didn't have a price, she told me the price as if she was annoyed by my asking. I NEVER shop in stores where the prices are not listed.
