The 3rd time was NOT the charm! No more Beautique!!! I have been a regular customer of Beautique for the past several years (and pay for my daughter too). On Feb 18th, I had a mani/pedi with 20% tip for approx $110. The mani was just a regular polish. Appt took 2 hours and I noticed my nails were chipped within 5 min of driving home. Turned around and had them fixed for second time. Waited longer than advised before leaving. By the time I got home, the polish on 3 nails was coming off. I called very upset and was told to come back the next morning which was not convenient for me. I was told no refunds or credits for my next appt from the guy in charge despite the bad experience and my longstanding business. I’ve been getting my nails done by Sophie since I was a sophomore in high school, and she has never disappointed me. She always goes above and beyond, and I have yet to find anyone else who can match her talent. I have never had a nail come off — and I leave mine on for 6 weeks — and the shaping and designs are flawless. If you are looking for someone who can perfectly replicate any design, she’s your girl! Prices are also amazing! I paid $140 (before tip) for a gel pedicure and an full acrylic set with designs and added gems!

I absolutely love this nail salon, especially since the current owner has elevated the experience. The new pedicure chairs are incredibly comfortable and make the whole experience feel extra relaxing ( bonus heated seat option). They always have the best selection of nail colors, consistently on trend and from top-quality brands, so there’s never a shortage of great options to choose from. The attention to detail and overall vibe keep me coming back every time. Highly recommend. My fav technicians are Charles, Tweety and RoRo but I’m sure you can’t go wrong!

Best set I have EVER had done, and would you believe I got engaged the very next day with them. Nolan blew me away—not only were my nails stunning, but the entire experience was better than any other salon visit I’ve ever had. Nolan communicated everything he was doing before doing it, checked in with me to make sure length and shape was to my liking, took his time showing me colors and options, and overall the entire experience felt paced, relaxing, and intentional. Gained a repeat client.

I love this salon so much! Charles is an excellent nail tech and always does a fabulous job with the shape and colors - also, he always has new brands and colors which is fun for mixing it up! The salon is clean, organized, and consistently decorated for the holidays which I love! I couldn’t recommend this place enough and the staff is so nice. Best nail salon in winter park by far & I’ve tried them all!
