She truly takes her time and never rushes, making sure everything is done the right way. I really appreciate how she explains what she’s doing and why, so I always feel comfortable and informed. What stands out the most is her honesty. If something doesn’t go exactly as planned, she is upfront about it and immediately makes it right.
