Beautiful X’scape Beauty Bar

i’m obsessed with my boho braids!! my stylist, maureen, had a special and i got my hair done at an affordable price. she was quick, patient and lovely. i rarely get my hair done so this was a treat for me and i’ll definitely be returning to her for braids. the owner, gamble, was inviting and welcoming, provided me with snacks and great conversation. i won’t ever go to another salon when the staff here is so friendly and talented.

I had an appointment and was late by 3 minutes. I was a recurring client with her but this was my first time running a little late. When I walked in she had a nasty attitude and told me that she canceled my appointment (while she watched me trying to find a park) and that I was going to have to reschedule or pay a $10 late fee. I apologized and explained to her I was late due to the inclement weather. She still proceeded to tell me I needed to reschedule. I felt as If i was given bad customer service towards her due to this being my first time having an encounter with her. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but her attitude was very rude and unprofessional. She proceeded to tell me that If i didn’t want to pay the $10 fee I could leave. I feel as if since this was my first encounter

Mrs Gamble is the best hair stylist ever. He has me looking amazing when I leave. I will continue to go to her. She is reasonably priced and great at what she does.
