Beautiful Nails Spa

The manager here is beyond rude and unprofessional. I explained that I was unhappy with my manicure, and instead of listening, she immediately told me, “Oh, I can’t fix it, too short.” I made it clear that I wasn’t asking for it to be fixed — I simply wasn’t willing to pay for a service that was nothing like what I requested. I asked for a simple manicure: trim and clean. Instead, my nails were cut extremely low, with no shape, skin cut up, and nails still not clean. She could clearly see the work was poorly done, yet continued to blame me, saying I “needed to communicate with the tech.” I did communicate — I told the tech exactly what I wanted and even told her when she was cutting them too short. Completely unacceptable service and even worse customer care. I will not be returning.

Will never go anywhere else! Amy is absolutely phenomenal and always takes her time to make sure you leave with exactly what you want. Definitely recommend! Whether you want a design or something simple, they all take great care of you!

I had a wonderful experience at the nail salon for my prom last weekend! ! A week later, and not a single nail has come off—that's a true testament to the quality of their work. I remembered I was struggle with finding the perfect design that aligned with our school's prom theme, but the staff was so friendly and offered so many beautiful nail suggestions that fit my dress. I'm especially grateful to Layla, who did my nail; they matched the example photo flawlessly too!! The dedication of everyone in the shop did not go unnoticed, and they ALL deserve a shoutout for their hard work. The atmosphere was lovely, with chill music and a clean space. Overall, it was a delightful experience!

I had a lovely experience at today at beautiful nails. I was recommend by my coworkers to this place a few weeks ago, today is my anniversary and I was sent to get my nails done for the occasion, i was a little skeptical as I was going in as a walk in with what I would say was a difficult set, I don’t have the best luck getting artists who can execute the kind of designs I like to get so I don’t get my nails done often. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Zee who quoted me a price for the design I wanted. I was then placed with another man with glasses who layed and shaped my acrylic beautifully, amazing attention to detail and very gentle. I was then taken by Zee to complete the designs and she absolutely killed it! She executed my reference picture perfectly even the color match

Inexperienced workers being utilized, didn't like the color and this is suppose to be cats eye, paid extra for it but it was clear she didn't know who to do it.
