I really liked my haircut by a female Chinese stylist named Mei. I know people have been complaining about how the barbers here in this salon doesn't speak English well, but their skills are definitely exceptional. I needed a haircut before Chinese New Year, and made the appointment last minute like an hour before, but they're still available the same day. The only minor point I was a bit unsatisfied was that the Hispanic lady that washed my hair at first before the haircut did it too quick, and I felt like she was rushing and didn't wash my hair thoroughly. I wish the Chinese lady could've washed it for me, as usually a Chinese person would always wash the hair twice before applying the conditioner. Regardless, I still had a wonderful experience with Mei, and she did a great job especiall

i had the most INCREDIBLE experience here today!! the staff were so extremely kind to me and very knowledgeable, they didn’t start on my hair until i was able to tell them exactly what i want in terms of color and cut. Kris was my stylist and he did an AMAZING job, i didn’t even recognize myself when he was finished!!! Thank you all so much!!! ❤️

Worst front desk. We walked in around noon and the woman asked us to wait for a while, without disclosing that the afternoon is basically fully booked. We waited for two hours and the stylist is unwilling to squeeze us in for the 10 minutes slot, so we left after waiting for two hours. The front desk could have just let us come back for another day with appointment. Please respect other people’s time.

They only ask for cash for payment. Be careful to their new ATM machine located near front desk when withdraw cash, it double charge me service fee yesterday. I should pay paid $40 for haircut. the machine showed three transactions. One is $2.5, the other is Zero, the third one is $42.5 when i check my bank online statement today.

I have been coming to Beautiful Life Salon since about 2010. Lily has been taking care of my hair in the last 5 years. She cuts my hair, does colors and sculp cares. I follow her advice on style, color, and hair care. I often receive compliments on my hair and hair color. It is a comfortable and friendly place. I always feel welcome.
