Do not use this place they have went down. Also the stylist in the second chair makes up her own price. Everything I go I notice she has a 10 dollar higher price than everyone else. You can get in touch with the owner and they all of sudden don't understand. Not to mention they are putting something in the shampoo. Owner train staff post a price. Im also going to report to the state.

If I could give -0 stars I would. I’ve been coming here for years while paying $40 everytime, today I paid $75 $55 at the front then they made up some bs to charge me another $20 for something they are supposed to do in my hair. don’t know who took over the establishment but they are in here charging a fee for every little thing and making up their own prices. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

First, you pay up front. Is this something new, I asked. All of a sudden, she doesn't understand English. Second, they're loud with the music screeching in your ears and they singing over top of the music. Third, while speaking their language, they're constantly skinning & grinning in your face which I found to be rude and disrespectful, but ALL newcomers do that, so we live with it. Oh and lastly, even after I brought my own shampoo & conditioner, she was still trying to use their products. After frying my hair n scalp, it was bone straight, but Nope, grand opening, grand closing.

If you are mixed girl don’t go here they will fry every part of ur hair .. bad costumer service and they talk crap right in front of you in Spanish and they switch prices on u … I’ll never come here again that was my first and last time going there never again… don’t say I didn’t warn ya !

My daughter went there. She was told to take her own products because she heard they were using relaxer in either the shampoo or conditioner. She had been there before so she ignored the advice. It was last minute so she went. She was already reluctant because the last time she went they used so much heat on her hair you could actually smell it. As I said she needed a quick do and they were available. Well, her hair was soooo damaged. She has really thick hair so thankfully that didn't change but it was so brittle and broken. It felt like hay. After a few months, it's starting to get back to where it was. It was horrible. If this is what they are doing, how dishonest. You don't want to handle 'our' hair but you want 'our' money. You're only losing clients because if you damage people's hai
