If I could give Uzma 0 stars, I would. I had a horrible experience. For starters, I sat in her chair for 20 minutes getting a clean up on my eyebrows (that were not in horrible shape). When she was threading my eyebrows, I was in excruciating pain. So I asked her was she making my eyebrows thinner than what they were. She says “No, Im just cleaning up your shape”. When she finished & I took a look at my eyebrows, one eyebrow was thinner than the other & she gave my eyebrow an entirely whole new shape instead of cleaning up my natural brow. When I address the problem, she began to raise her tone at me & talk to the other customers about ms. She mentions being in the business for 20 years and that she knows what she is doing. I experienced a long wait without an appointment. I had stopped by her shop at least four times that day. But, it was worth it. My brows are really thin. Once she was done, it looked as though I had thick eyebrows. I was impressed and very happy with the results. Uzma is really great at what she does and she even showed me how to use the brow pencil and powder correctly. I have no complaints other than there might be a long wait. Make sure to book an appointment if you can.

I’ve been coming to uzma for years, since I was in high school. When she was doing brows in the middle of the mall. Today, I come in for threading of the eyebrows. There was a young lady before me. Uzma was friendly with her charged the young lady $15, the young lady gives Uzma a $20. I sit in Uzma chair she didn’t say not 1 word. no hello no nothing, she proceeds to do my brows, does a beautiful job. I tell her thank you Uzma still says nothing. I go to pay she says something to her husband and they charged me $15.45 ok fine, I pay and I leave. But the lady before me Uzma charged $15. I’ve never had a bad encounter with Uzma , but after today I‘ll never step foot in her business again. I’ve been a customer of Uzma’s since she started threading in the mall. I absolutely love her work, professionalism and clean environment. I use to be skeptical about letting her employees thread my eyebrows but Uzma has trained them well! You won’t regret your visit to Beautiful Brows!

I was hesitant coming here.. honestly I think because it seems like its always dead here and because it’s not exactly an attractive salon/spa. I know that sounds bad! But I learn over and over again to never judge a book by its cover because this place is a gem! My eyebrows have always been very uneven, and they never look good after getting them done. One is always shorter than the other, thicker than the other, one arch is higher than the other, I’ve always hated my brows. So I fill them in 365 with a brow pencil. But I’ve been here many times now and the way Uzma shapes and threads my eyebrows, they FINALLY look even! And when they grow back in, she knows exactly where to thread them every time. I’ve never been so satisfied with the result of my eyebrows. And because she shapes them so
